This notice describes how information is handled on the TrustGate Sovereign website and when visitors contact its operator by email. The site operator is Pedro Barbas.
The website
This static website does not provide a contact form or account creation. It does not carry advertising. The site uses no external fonts or third-party embeds.
The site does not currently load an analytics script, tag manager or tracking pixel. The site’s own code does not set cookies. Cloudflare may process technical network and request information required to provide and secure the site.
Email correspondence
Visitors may voluntarily contact Pedro Barbas by email using their own email client; the website itself has no contact form. Direct email sent to pedro@trustgatesovereign.com is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing and delivered to and processed in a Google Gmail mailbox. Outbound replies may be composed through Gmail and relayed through SMTP2GO. Cloudflare, Google and SMTP2GO may therefore process message metadata and content as service providers involved in delivery. The static site does not itself store submitted contact data.
Email correspondence may contain the sender's name, sender address, message, attachments and other information the sender chooses to provide.
Do not include confidential, security-sensitive, personal or customer production data in an initial unsolicited email.
How information is used
Information supplied by email may be used to respond, assess the requested conversation, protect the site and communications, and maintain business and legal records where reasonably necessary.
Infrastructure
The website is hosted, delivered and protected using Cloudflare, which also provides domain, DNS and security infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical network and request information required to provide and secure those services.
Retention
Messages and related information are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation, recordkeeping, security or legal obligations.

Requests concerning access to, correction of or deletion of information may be sent to pedro@trustgatesovereign.com. Rights and requests are subject to applicable law and legitimate retention obligations.
